Clarks is seeking a Sales & Service Manager in Taunton to support the Store Manager and lead the sales team to achieve commercial objectives. You will deputise in the Store Manager's absence and drive excellent customer service and store performance.
You will coach, motivate, and develop colleagues, oversee floor operations and VM standards, and continually enhance the in-store experience while meeting sales targets. This role requires hands-on leadership and a proactive approach.
