Clarks is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate has prior retail leadership experience, a track record of driving KPIs, and strong interpersonal and organizational skills to inspire a team.
Flexible to work a 7-day pattern (weekends/bank holidays), with basic knowledge of POS, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
