Responsibilities of a Sales Associate include:
- Consistently achieve positive sales performance
- Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement
- Provide excellent customer service
- Upsell when appropriate, including multiple pairs and accessories
- Represent the Clarks brand
- Follow policies on loss prevention and shrinkage
- Assist in store maintenance and merchandising to create an appealing environment
- Help create a comfortable work environment for colleagues
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Physical requirements: standing for long periods, bending, climbing, ladder use, lifting up to 50 lbs
