Role Description
This is a full-time Conveyancer role based on-site at our Wellington office. As a Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing property transactions, including preparing legal documents, liaising with clients, and resolving property-related legal issues. You will ensure all transactions comply with legal regulations and meet client expectations, maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law and understanding relevant legal frameworks
- Strong skills in Legal Consulting and ability to address complex Legal Issues effectively
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and attention to detail
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client and team collaboration
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
- Experience in conveyancing or a related legal field is preferred
