Residential Property – Associate/Senior Associate
Welcome to a fresh opportunity for a lawyer to join our Home Sales team, where you will engage in a broad range of work across residential and mixed‑use development. Our team is adept at site setup, infrastructure, open‑market and shared‑ownership sales, and the full lifecycle of shared‑ownership properties. We manage high‑volume transactions efficiently, keeping costs down for our clients through streamlined processes and flexible IT systems.
About The Role
We act on behalf of numerous clients – national housebuilders, local and regional developers, housing associations, and local authorities. Within the team we maintain specialised units for each work type, ensuring that every member gains deep expertise in their specific transaction area. Over 20 colleagues, led by Partner Kate Saunders, cover a wide range of qualifications and specialisms.
Day To Day
You will be expected to take on a diverse portfolio that keeps you engaged and exposed to many facets of the work. Your technical and client‑management skills will develop as you take on more complex matters, mentor junior colleagues, and participate in business‑development activities. Compliance with information security and firm policies is an integral part of the role.
