We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Corporate team in our Birmingham or Bristol office, handling a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and corporate governance.
Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by:
- Working with colleagues locally and nationally for a wide range of clients including public and private UK and International companies and their owners in relation to mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt funding and general corporate structuring work.
- Leading and managing a broad range of corporate transactions and providing advisory work on corporate governance.
- Mentoring junior members of the team whilst working closely with the Birmingham partner on strategic initiatives and thought leadership.
- Taking an active involvement in business development activities, building client relationships and helping to grow our already well-regarded practice.
This role will allow you to work flexibly, splitting your week between your home working environment and our Birmingham office. It is integral to comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.
