In this Bristol-based role, you join Clarke Willmott’s Commercial Litigation team to handle a broad range of dispute resolution matters for diverse commercial clients.
You will manage your own caseload while supporting Partners and Associates on more complex claims, with opportunities to contribute to business development.

Responsibilities
- Manage own caseload across contract disputes, professional negligence, banking, IP, defamation, fraud, procurement, partnership and shareholder disputes
- Assist Partners and Associates on more complex and large-scale claims
- Support business development activities
- Comply with information security and firm policies
- Work both independently and as part of a team and prioritize multiple projects
- Key requirements
- 1–3 PQE with a background in Commercial Litigation
- Proactive and flexible in solo and team work
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to use initiative and anticipate client needs
