Consistently ranked highly in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, our team have considerable experience in resolving disputes across a wide range of industries and sectors. The team handle claims including contract disputes, professional negligence, banking, intellectual property, defamation, fraud, procurement, partnership and shareholder disputes for a wide variety of commercial and corporate clients. The range and quality of our caseload makes it an exceptional base to build a career in Commercial litigation. You will have your own caseload across the range of our specialism and the opportunity to support Partners and Associates on more complex and large-scale claims. It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.This role is right for you if:You should be proactive and flexible in working both individually and as part of a team and be able to prioritise a number of different projects effectively. you will have general commercial litigation experience. Communication will be one of your strong points, both written and oral, and you will be enthusiastic about delivering excellent quality service to your clients. We are looking for someone with very good academic achievement wishing to develop their career as a litigator and who also displays initiative, pragmatism, common sense and excellent client skills, who is looking to build a career and develop a reputation within this very strong, friendly and supportive team.
