We have an exciting opportunity for a HR administrator to provide support to our Learning & Development, Wellbeing and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion teams.
Day to Day Success
- Learning & Development Support
- Maintain + Support development of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Coordinate training programmes, schedules and attendance records
- Manage learning enquiries and support employees with system navigation
- Track and report on training participation and completion
- Wellbeing Support
- Support wellbeing initiatives and activities across the firm
- Coordinate communications, events and awareness campaigns
- Maintain wellbeing information and resources
- Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Support
- Provide administrative support to the ED&I Committee and associated communities
- Assist in organising ED&I events, workshops and communications
- Support monitoring and reporting of diversity data
You will also be providing general administrative support to the wider HR team.
This Role Is Right For You
We are looking for someone with strong administrative experience. We are open on the sector that you have gained experience in but experience within a HR or Professional Services environment would be advantageous. We are also looking for someone who has a good understanding and enthusiasm for L&D, Wellbeing and EDI. You will have excellent communication skills and will be organised and have the ability to manage multiple priorities. Most importantly you will be proactive and detail orientated and enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
