Job Description Town Planner Manchester(Hybrid) £40,000 Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Clarke is seeking a motivated and detail-focused Town Planner to support planning activities across a variety of telecom infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of the UK planning system and a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within a future-focused industry. The Role As a Town Planner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning process, from initial instruction through to decision and handover. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, youll ensure planning applications are submitted on time, to high standards, and in accordance with both client and regulatory expectations. Key Responsibilities Preparing, submitting, and managing a range of planning applications (Full, GPDO, Listed, LN, Appeals) Providing planning advice and interpreting policy to support wider business functions Managing discharge of planning conditions and ensuring effective handover to delivery teams Liaising with internal stakeholders including Design, Acquisition, Commercial and Build teams Collaborating with clients and attending planning meetings as needed Ensuring real-…
