Clarke is seeking a motivated and analytical

Junior Business Analyst to join our PMO team and help drive data-led decision making across the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring business analyst with strong reporting and data analysis skills to develop their career within a fast-paced telecoms environment.

You'll play a key role in delivering business intelligence, improving data quality, and supporting operational excellence through insightful reporting and process improvement initiatives.

The Role

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality reporting solutions that provide valuable insights into project and operational performance.

Working closely with the PMO, Business Systems team, and wider stakeholders, you will help bridge the gap between systems, data, and business processes.

You will support the development of Power BI dashboards, Site Tracker reporting, and data governance initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, system adoption, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful and actionable insights.
  • Support the production of PMO and board-level reporting packs.
  • Develop automated reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and trackers within Sitetracker (Salesforce).
  • Support the consistent use of reporting structures across projects and departments.
  • Monitor data quality, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop exception reporting to highlight data quality and compliance issues.
  • Support business process mapping and documentation activities.
  • Contribute to the development of SOPs and governance frameworks.
  • Create user guides and training materials to support system adoption.
  • Champion continuous improvement across reporting, data governance, and system utilisation.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong working knowledge of Power BI, including data modelling, DAX, and dashboard development.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience in data analysis and manipulation.
  • Experience working with structured data in a business environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic environment.

  • Experience developing user documentation and training materials.
  • Understanding of reporting standards and governance frameworks.
