Clarke Telecom is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Acquisition Surveyor to support the delivery of end-to-end acquisition activities across telecoms infrastructure projects. The Role

As a Graduate Acquisition Surveyor, you'll work closely with experienced Surveyors, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality site acquisition services. You'll be involved in every stage from instruction to handover, helping to secure legal, planning, and landlord consents, while ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency throughout. This role is based at our Redhill office with occasional travel and flexibility to attend site visits and client meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of acquisition activities from customer instruction to project handover
  • Conducting land ownership and planning history checks and contributing to ECC valuations
  • Attending and leading multi-discipline site visits (MSVs)
  • Reviewing technical drawings and ensuring planning/legal compliance
  • Securing landlord and third-party consents, supporting renewals and rent reviews
  • Assisting with planning applications and legal documentation
  • Preparing handover packs and supporting project reporting and updates
  • Maintaining accurate, real-time data across internal and client databases
  • Contributing to the resolution of project queries and supporting the delivery team with client communications
