Job Description
We are looking for a solicitor to join our Commercial Real Estate team.
You will be responsible for managing existing caseloads which will include all aspects of general commercial property work; title investigations, search reports negotiation of contracts and leases, licences and ancillary documents and dealing with option and overage agreements. We are very proud of our strong client base, and you will be expected to support the team to maintain these clients as well as to develop new business opportunities.
Our Commercial Real Estate department is small but busy, and we are therefore looking for someone who is driven to achieve both individual results as well as supporting the team as a whole.
We are open to applications from candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years PQE. Candidates interested in applying for Associate Level will be required to demonstrate more substantial experience.
