We are looking for a conveyancer to join our Residential Property team. This is a great opportunity to join a busy conveyancing team to take instructions from both existing and new clients in all domestic transactions.

We are looking for an experienced conveyancer with at least 2 years fee earning experience and the ability to manage the full pre and post completion process. You should have the ability to work independently and manage your case load without full administrative support and be confident managing your own clients.

We are a busy and well regarded conveyancing team in the Basingstoke area and we work hard to maintain strong relationships locally, we therefore are looking for someone who has strong communication skills and will support us to maintain and grow these relationships.
