- Managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple EMEA markets

- Success in high-volume hiring across EMEA for roles like Technical Architects, Engagement Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Renewal Managers
- Strong working knowledge of EMEA employment law, benefit structures, and regional hiring nuances
- Confidence engaging and closing passive candidates in competitive talent markets
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into hiring strategy
