We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Product Marketing & Technical Executive to join our Product Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is digitally savvy, with a hands-on approach and a βcan-doβ attitude. Working at the heart of the marketing team and reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, our Product Marketing & Technical Executive needs to be proactive and adaptable.
The role involves 3 specific areas of responsibility:
- New Product Development: The development, introduction and marketing of new products. From writing technically accurate copy, to briefing designers regarding packaging design and proof reading product manuals β this role will encompass all areas of new product development.
- Assets and Collateral to Support Sales: Preparation of Marketing Campaigns for existing and new products to meet planned schedules. Projects can vary from large tasks, such as developing brochures, to single page releases to support new product launch or specific customer promotions.
- Research and Reporting: Research into route to market for Clarke products by researching and delivering prospects in key markets for relevant categories, and reporting on the effectiveness of all campaigns.
Skills/Qualifications: Ideally having worked in a hard-goods or technical products industry previously, you will have at least 2 yearsβ experience working in a Marketing Role that involves physical products and be educated to degree level in a relevant subject area. You will be extremely well organised and motivated by both the process of planning, and delivering work to a planned schedule. While design skills are not required, the ability to succinctly and clearly brief graphic designers and communicate with other members of the team is an absolute necessity of the role.
