Clarke Energy is currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join our vibrant team at our Knowsley Headquarters. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a thriving, global business. In this front-facing role, you'll play a vital part in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring all staff and visitors receive a warm, professional welcome. As the first point of contact for many, you’ll help to shape positive experiences across the business while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors, provide site inductions, and issue security passes
- Organise transportation for staff and guests, including taxis and transfers
- Maintain the reception area to a professional standard at all times
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, including franking and distribution
- Receive incoming calls on main company telephone number and redirect to appropriate Clarke Energy staff member
- Format, print, and draft documents for senior leaders when required
- Arrange document signing and couriers for business-critical communications
- Support internal meetings by preparing rooms and arranging refreshments
- Maintain stock levels in meeting rooms, kitchens, and office supply areas
- Take minutes in meetings and distribute action points
- Support diary management for senior management when needed
- Assist in planning company events and staff gatherings
- Collate and communicate weekly whereabouts for office-based employees
