Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full portfolio of business applications, ensuring consistency, compatibility, and interoperability across systems.
- Lead application implementation, migration, and enhancement projects while managing budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Establish and maintain processes for application support, maintenance, and performance optimisation.
- Act as the primary liaison with business departments to translate functional needs into effective technical solutions.
- Monitor market trends and recommend innovations that contribute to the organisation’s digital transformation.
- Manage and develop technical teams to foster collaboration, skill development, and excellent performance.
- Ensure system security, stability, and compliance with organisational standards and best practices.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience working with information systems, enterprise applications, and application architectures.
- Proven experience leading application implementation and migration projects.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing cross‑functional technical teams.
- Expertise in information systems security and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, IPEC).
- Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
