We are looking for a skilled Projects Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering major industrial projects. Reporting to the Construction Director, this position is ideal for someone with proven experience in managing complex projects and a strong commitment to safety, quality, timelines, and budget control.

About the Role

As Projects Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of major projects from planning and execution to delivery. You’ll coordinate internal and external resources, communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with Clarke Energy’s safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Project Management Plans
  • Monitor and update project schedules
  • Manage risks, quality, procurement, design, safety, and environmental factors
  • Lead project meetings and risk assessments
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Support tender processes and post-tender variations
  • Promote continuous improvement and uphold Clarke Energy’s ‘zero harm’ safety culture

What You’ll Bring

  • Engineering degree or relevant trade qualification with industry experience
  • Proven track record in managing industrial projects to successful outcomes
  • Formal qualification in Project or Business Management (highly regarded)
  • Strong skills in MS Word, Excel, Project (Essential)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and evaluation skills
  • Ability to travel interstate as required
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Australian work authorisation
