Are you a strategic pricing professional who enjoys turning data into commercial impact? Clarke Energy is looking for a Pricing Manager to provide pricing leadership across our global Energy business. This is a highly visible, influential role where your expertise will directly shape how we price projects, products and services whilst driving sustainable growth and increased EBITDA.
Working under the guidance of the Pricing Director, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders across Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations to embed best‑in‑class pricing practices and deliver consistent, value‑based pricing across our international Clarke Energy businesses. This role will be based from our Headquarters in Knowsley, Liverpool and will operate on a hybrid basis.
Make an Impact in Pricing & Commercial Strategy
As Pricing Manager, you’ll take ownership of pricing strategy execution across the Clarke Energy portfolio. You’ll lead key pricing initiatives, develop and enhance pricing models and use analytical insight to improve win‑rates and margin performance. This is an individual contributor role with real influence. This will be ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, working across functions and geographies, and wants to help shape a more data‑driven, consistent pricing culture in a growing global organisation.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead the execution of strategic pricing initiatives across Clarke Energy
- Establish and embed value‑based pricing approaches across projects and genset sub‑components
- Maintain, enhance and evolve existing pricing models and tools
- Standardise and improve win / loss analysis and pricing feedback loops
- Deliver price–volume and win‑rate regression analytics to inform commercial decision‑making
- Drive the adoption of new pricing tools, processes and capabilities across the business
- Share pricing best practice across regions and country businesses
- Partner closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations to support commercial strategy
- Ensure new pricing processes are embedded into everyday business practices
- Provide insight and guidance to senior stakeholders, including occasional interaction with executive leadership

Experience & Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
- A degree in Finance, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in pricing management, pricing analysis or a closely related commercial function
- Experience operating in complex, project‑based or technically led environments (energy, engineering or infrastructure experience is advantageous)
- Confidence working across international and cross‑functional teams
