A reputable and growing accountancy firm with multiple offices across the region is currently looking to recruit an Accounts & Audit Semi Senior / Senior to join their Wrexham office. This role will involve a varied mix of accounts preparation, tax compliance, and audit assignments, offering exposure to a broad portfolio of clients including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships across a range of sectors. The successful candidate will ideally have solid general practice experience, including exposure to audit work, and may be AAT qualified or currently studying towards ACA / ACCA qualifications. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare statutory accounts for limited companies
- Prepare accounts for sole traders and partnerships
- Prepare corporation tax and personal tax returns
- Assist with the planning and completion of audit assignments
- Carry out audit fieldwork alongside senior members of the team
- Liaise with clients and provide support on accounting and tax matters
