Trusts Manager – London (Law Firm Environment)

A top-tier London-based law firm is seeking a Trusts Manager to join their Private Client team. This role is ideal for someone looking to work closely with solicitors and high-net-worth clients in a legal environment, providing proactive trust administration and tax expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

•Overseeing the day-to-day administration of UK and offshore trusts

•Liaising with trustees, beneficiaries, and external advisers

•Preparing and reviewing annual trust accounts and tax returns

•Supporting solicitors with estate planning and trust structuring

•Maintaining accurate trust documentation and statutory records

Requirements:

•Proven experience managing trusts within a law firm, family office, or private client team

•Strong understanding of trust taxation and UK reporting obligations

•High attention to detail and discretion

•Able to manage complex structures and multiple stakeholders
