The successful candidate will primarily work with a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and limited companies, gaining exposure to a varied workload including accounts preparation, tax compliance, tax planning, and advisory work. Duties & Responsibilities:- Preparing year-end statutory accounts for owner-managed businesses and limited companies
- Preparing personal and corporate tax returns
- Assisting with tax planning and advisory assignments
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting and advising clients on a range of accounting and taxation matters
- Developing towards managing your own portfolio of clients
- AAT Qualified or ACA / ACCA Studying or Qualified
- Previous experience working within an accountancy practice is essential
- Experience preparing statutory accounts and tax returns
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
