Clark Wood is working with a leading firm of accountants in Stratford-upon-Avon who are looking to appoint a Personal Tax Manager to join its established tax team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own portfolio but also wants more exposure to interesting advisory work and the chance to develop their career further.

Alongside looking after a varied portfolio of private clients, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in more complex tax advisory projects and work closely with senior members of the team.

One of the real attractions of the role is the opportunity to shadow one of Warwickshire’s most prominent and well-respected tax partners. You’ll gain valuable exposure to high-level advisory work and have the chance to learn directly from someone with an excellent reputation in the market.

The Role:

• Manage your own portfolio of private clients.
• Handle a mix of personal tax compliance and advisory work.
• Get involved in interesting and varied tax projects.
• Work closely with an experienced and highly regarded tax partner.
• Develop towards a future senior leadership position.

The successful individual will ideally be ATT or CTA qualified with a strong background in Private Client Tax gained within an accountancy practice, tax consultancy or similar professional environment.
