Audit Senior - Perth
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Audit Senior to join an established and growing accountancy practice in Perth.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take more ownership of their work, manage audit assignments and begin developing their own client portfolio.
The Role
- Plan and complete audit assignments from start to finish
- Carry out audit fieldwork, including substantive and analytical procedures
- Prepare statutory financial statements from client data
- Identify and highlight key risks or areas of concern
- Take increasing ownership of a varied client portfolio
- Build strong, long-term client relationships
- Coach and support junior members of the audit team
- Work closely with Managers and Partners to ensure assignments are completed efficiently
About You
- ACA / ACCA / CA qualified or equivalent
- Previous audit experience within an accountancy practice
- Experience working with clients across a variety of sectors
- Good working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP
- Confident planning and completing audit assignments
- Previous experience coaching or mentoring junior staff
