Clark Wood is thrilled to collaborate with a prestigious regional firm in St Albans, which is expanding its Private Client team due to internal growth and recent acquisitions. We are seeking a Private Client Senior Manager to join this dynamic team.
This renowned firm has an excellent reputation across St Albans and Hertfordshire, making this a key appointment during an exciting period of growth.
Responsibilities
- IHT reviews and bespoke, complex planning to mitigate
- Implementation and management of trust planning
- Preparation of Wills
- Property tax planning
- Offshore aspects (although not essential)
- Residency and Domicile aspects for HNWs (although not essential)
- Estate planning and administration
- Review of compliance documents (including trust returns, IHT forms, some personal tax returns for HNWs).
The successful candidate must be CTA Qualified and have at least 5 years’ experience advising on inheritance tax and trusts.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of St Albans’ strongest Tax Divisions at Senior Manager level with a clear platform to progress into Directorship.
