Clark Wood is working with a well-established and forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants that is looking to appoint a Partner Designate as part of their continued expansion across South Wales into Monmouthshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is either currently on, or actively working towards, a pathway to becoming a Partner. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the firm’s growth, managing and developing client relationships, and leading a team of professionals. As part of the firm’s succession planning strategy, this role will support ambitious growth plans throughout Wales. The position will involve establishing and developing a new office in Monmouthshire from the ground up, offering a rare opportunity to build your own client base and lead the growth of a new regional presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Provide strategic advice and ensure exceptional levels of client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the firm’s ongoing growth and regional expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
