An established and highly regarded independent accountancy practice in Central London is looking to appoint a CTA-qualified Personal Tax Advisor to join its growing advisory team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a high-calibre client base of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and internationally mobile clients, providing commercially focused tax advice across a wide variety of complex matters.

The Opportunity This is a predominantly advisory position where you'll become a trusted advisor to an impressive portfolio of entrepreneurial clients.

You'll work closely with business owners and wealthy individuals on strategic tax planning, business structuring, transactions and succession matters, while overseeing compliance delivered by the wider team.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses.
  • Delivering bespoke personal and business tax planning advice.
  • Advising on complex UK tax matters including business structuring, transactions, succession and wealth planning.
  • Leading client meetings and building long-term trusted relationships.
  • Reviewing compliance work prepared by junior team members and ensuring high technical standards.
  • Identifying tax planning opportunities across your client portfolio.
  • Supporting partners with business development and helping to grow existing client relationships.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior members of the tax team.

About You

  • CTA qualified (essential).
  • Strong UK personal tax advisory experience gained within practice.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs or owner-managed businesses.
  • Commercially minded with excellent technical knowledge.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys building lasting client relationships.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and provide practical, solution-focused advice.
