Our core client base consists of Accountancy Practices ranging from Big 4, Top 10 & Mid-Tier firms through to independent regional firms and sole traders.

This highly reputable and progressive firm have an excellent presence across the area, and as a result of sustained growth and success, they are now keen to add a personable and professional Audit & Accounts Manager who can help to enhance their excellent reputation.

As a Manager in the Kings Lynn office you will work directly with the Partners and will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients from a broad range of industry sectors, taking responsibility for the provision of services to each of your clients and ensuring that excellent levels of service and client satisfaction are maintained.

You will be responsible for managing the audit process from planning through to completion, ensuring the deployment of appropriate staff levels for each assignment. You will be responsible for reviewing year-end accounts prepared by members of your team, ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards before they go out to your clients.

Aside from the client management responsibilities, the successful person will also contribute to the day-to-day management and training of staff. This will include being involved with staff reviews throughout the year to ensure continuous development for individual team members. You may also have involvement with business development activities including presenting to new and existing clients with a view to winning new business for the firm.

The ideal individual for the role will be ACA / ACCA qualified and will have a wealth of audit experience from an established practice background with previous staff management experience.
