Clark Wood is delighted to be working with a leading firm of accountants in Holywell who are seeking a Newly Qualified ACA / ACCA Accountant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to progress their post-qualification career, developing their business understanding and managerial skills within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.
The successful candidate will have experience within a UK accountancy practice and be newly qualified as an ACA or ACCA member. You will receive full mentor support and a clear framework to help you develop into a team manager role — encompassing staff training and supervision, workflow planning, practice development, and senior leadership team responsibilities.
The firm actively encourages continuing professional development and offers full study support for further qualifications if desired. You’ll gain exposure to modern, digital business tools and develop new professional skills to complement your existing knowledge.
- Salary: £35,500 – £38,000 (dependent on experience and background)
- Working Pattern: Hybrid working available; part-time hours will be considered
- Location: Holywell, with on-site parking
