Clark Wood is seeking an experienced Accounting Lead in Oxfordshire to own the accounting function as the business expands internationally. You will report to the CFO, manage a team of three, and cover UK, Europe and US accounting activities including month-end, statutory accounts, audit, VAT and cross-border consolidations.
The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA qualified (Big 4 background preferred) with 8+ years of accounting experience, strong technical knowledge, and proven leadership.
