Are you an experienced ACA &/or CTA Qualified Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager looking for a genuine forward step in your career at a large national practice in the Heathrow, Middlesex area?
Our client is looking for an experienced ACA &/or CTA Qualified Corporate Tax Planning/Advisory Specialist at Manager or Senior Manager level who has the potential to further develop the corporate tax offering. This is an opportunity to take control and grow an already significant portfolio of Corporate clients, OMBs, SMEs, multinational & some listed clients.
The successful candidate will work towards taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a team, growing business for the Corporate Tax offering, working closely with the other Partners; autonomy to help shape the team’s growth strategy.
The ideal candidate must have excellent technical skills and experience, and have a thorough understanding of UK corporate tax issues. The team deals with a broad range of tax issues, including R&D tax credits, patent box claims, capital allowances, group restructures, M&A, exit planning and succession planning, transfer pricing and other cross border taxes.
You will have extensive experience of managing a team, and helping to deliver a very high standard of professional work to a challenging and varied portfolio of clients. You will be commercially minded and confident dealing with entrepreneurial clients, and you will need to be confident in providing technical backup to the partners.
The Heathrow office is commutable from areas all across Middlesex and West London; such as Egham, Uxbridge, Slough, and even areas in Surrey.
