Clark Wood, specialists in accountancy practice recruitment, are partnering with a highly regarded and leading North West firm of chartered accountants as they are looking to grow the team in their Bury office through the addition of a Cloud Accounts Semi Senior.
Working within this leading and highly progressive firm, you’ll undertake a varied role which will see you supporting Seniors with the position including the preparation of year-end accounts, management accounts, corporate tax returns, and advising clients on cloud accounting software such as Xero and Dext software.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an accountancy practice (ideally 3 years) and be looking to advance their career within a successful and supportive firm. You may be working towards or have completed your AAT qualification, or have begun your ACA/ACCA studies.

Responsibilities:- Prepare year-end accounts and associated tax computations for a diverse range of clients.
- Prepare management accounts.
- Complete bookkeeping tasks for clients.
- Prepare and submit periodic VAT returns.
- Liaise with clients to resolve queries as needed.
- Training clients on cloud accounting software.
- AAT Qualified/Finalist or ACA/ACCA Student.
- Experience working in an accountancy practice.
- Strong Cloud accounting software experience would be hugely beneficial.
