Partner Designate - Monmouthshire Clark Wood is working with a well-established and forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants that is looking to appoint a Partner Designate as part of their continued expansion across South Wales into Monmouthshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is either currently on, or actively working towards, a pathway to becoming a Partner.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the firm's growth, managing and developing client relationships, and leading a team of professionals.

As part of the firm's succession planning strategy, this role will support ambitious growth plans throughout Wales.

The position will involve establishing and developing a new office in Monmouthshire from the ground up, offering a rare opportunity to build your own client base and lead the growth of a new regional presence.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Provide strategic advice and ensure exceptional levels of client satisfaction.

Contribute to the firm's ongoing growth and regional expansion.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals.

Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
