Outsourcing Senior
Clark Wood is delighted to be supporting a respected regional accountancy practice in Central Birmingham, who are looking for an Outsourcing Senior / Management Accountant to join their growing team.
This role would suit someone who is an established Outsourcing Senior or alternatively someone who is part-qualified / qualified within a general practice looking to move into general practice as a Management Accountant.
In this role you’ll own the preparation of accurate, timely Management Accounts and Statutory Accounts (70/30 split) for a varied client portfolio, and act as a trusted point of contact who turns the numbers into clear, commercial insight.
The Role
- Prepare and finalise Management Accounts
- Prepare Statutory Accounts
- Produce monthly reporting packs for clients
- Liaise directly with clients to gather information, resolve queries and present findings in a clear, commercial way
- Support month-end and year-end close timetables, helping to improve processes and reporting quality
The Ideal Candidate
- Part or fully qualified ACA/ACCA
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience within an accountancy firm (essential)
- A proven track record of preparing Management Accounts and Statutory Accounts end-to-end
