Clark Wood, accountancy practice recruitment specialists, are currently working with a highly progressive independent firm of chartered accountants in Doncaster who are looking to expand their team with the addition of a bright and ambitious Accounts Senior.
As an Accounts Senior, you will undertake a varied role that includes the preparation of year-end accounts and the associated tax computations for a diverse range of clients including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships. You will also oversee bookkeeping work for clients and the preparation and submission of periodic VAT returns.

Duties & Responsibilities:- Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Preparation of complex personal and corporate tax computations and returns
- Overseeing bookkeeping work for clients
- Preparation of VAT returns and management accounts
- Liaising with clients to resolve queries as necessary
- Supporting and assisting junior members of staff
- ACA / ACCA Qualified (or Part Qualified), AAT Qualified or QBE
- Significant practice experience essential
