Clark Wood, specialists in accountancy practice recruitment, are partnering with a highly regarded independent firm of chartered accountants to expand their team in York. We are seeking a bright and ambitious Accounts Semi Senior to join this esteemed firm.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an accountancy practice and be looking to advance their career within a successful and supportive firm. You may have completed or be in the final stages of your AAT qualification, or have begun your ACA/ACCA studies.
Responsibilities:- Prepare year-end accounts and associated tax computations for a diverse range of clients including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships.
- Complete bookkeeping tasks for clients.
- Prepare and submit periodic VAT returns.
- Liaise with clients to resolve queries as needed.
- AAT Qualified/Finalist or ACA/ACCA Student
- Essential: Experience working in an accountancy practice
