Our client is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Client Manager to join a growing accountancy practice in Warwick. This is a primarily client-facing role, focused on building strong relationships and delivering meaningful insights that help our clients grow their businesses. While there will be some involvement in accounts preparation, the emphasis of the role is shifting towards higher-value advisory work. With new systems currently being implemented, the firm expects compliance tasks such as drafting accounts and tax returns to become more streamlined, allowing you to focus on analysis, management reporting, and strategic support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across a range of sectors
  • Act as the main point of contact, building trusted and long-term relationships
  • Review accounts and tax work prepared by junior staff and trainees
  • Support and mentor AAT trainees, contributing to their development
  • Deliver insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Prepare and present management accounts and business insights to clients
  • Collaborate with the wider team to improve processes and service delivery

About You

  • ACA / ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience (QBE)
  • Strong experience within an accountancy practice environment
  • Confident reviewing accounts and supervising junior team members
