Clark Wood are delighted to be partnering with a leading firm of accountants in Wolverhampton who, due to internal growth, are looking for an OMB Mixed Tax Manager to join their growing team. Our client, a dynamic firm of Chartered Accountants in Wolverhampton, specialises in supporting small and medium-sized owner-managed businesses (OMBs). They are currently seeking an Accounts & Tax Manager to oversee a diverse client portfolio and ensure the accurate and timely completion of all compliance work. This is a client-facing role ideal for an experienced professional with expertise in personal and corporate Tax.
You will manage a portfolio primarily comprising OMBs and SMEs, delivering high-quality service while supporting and mentoring junior staff where required.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee a portfolio of owner-managed businesses and SMEs
- Prepare and review statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
- Complete personal and corporate tax returns accurately and on time
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery
- Identify opportunities for advisory work within the client portfolio
- ATT or CTA Qualified
- Experienced in both personal and corporate tax
