We are working with a leading Top 30 accountancy practice in Torquay who are seeking a Personal Tax Manager to join their growing private client team. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a varied portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, landlords, and trusts, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage your own portfolio of personal tax clients.
- Review compliance work prepared by junior staff.
- Deliver a range of advisory projects including IHT, CGT, property planning, trusts, and succession planning.
- Build and maintain excellent client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the tax team.
What We’re Looking For
- CTA / ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong experience in personal tax compliance, with exposure to advisory work.
- Excellent communication skills with a commercial, client-focused mindset.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage deadlines effectively.
