Role Overview
Clark Wood is partnering with a leading tax department in South Warwickshire to recruit a Personal Tax Director who will play a pivotal role in growing the tax team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the tax advisory team with responsibility for shaping, developing and driving the wider business forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse portfolio of private clients, delivering a mix of personal tax compliance and advisory work.
- Maintain client relationships and support strategic tax planning.
- Mentor junior staff and build the tax capability.
- Own and lead projects, contributing to business development.
- Shape the future direction of the private client offering within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Manager or Director in personal tax advisory.
- Strong client management and tax advisory skills.
- Leadership experience and a track record of developing tax teams.
