Clark Wood are currently working with a Top 30 firm who are seeking an experienced Trusts Manager to join their London office.
As a Trusts Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of trust clients, acting for some of the firm's wealthiest private clients. The role covers the full spectrum of trust work, including trust administration, accounts and tax return preparation, as well as complex advisory and inheritance tax matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of trust clients and overseeing the delivery of all associated work
- Reviewing trust accounts and tax returns prepared by the team
- Overseeing trust administration and internal preparation processes
- Assisting senior managers and partners with advisory work and ad hoc projects
- Supporting the senior manager with team management and workflow processes
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with trustees, professional advisors and beneficiaries
The Candidate
The successful candidate will be committed to developing a career within trusts and will have strong, relevant experience in this area. You will have proven experience managing a portfolio of trust clients, organising the delivery of work, solving problems proactively and working with a high degree of initiative.
