Clark Wood have been instructed on a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager or Manager opportunity in Leeds, which offers the chance to focus on interesting advisory work for a mixed portfolio of tax clients.

Responsibilities

  • Support and supervise staff, overseeing a portfolio of complex corporate tax clients.
  • Provide high level advisory & planning services with a great deal of autonomy.
  • Deal with a broad range of tax issues including reconstructions and demergers, share schemes and EIS/SEIS, R&D tax credits, patent box claims, M&A, exit planning and succession planning.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Ideal candidates are Corporate focused CTA, ATT, ACA or ACCA Qualified Senior or Manager from a small firm looking to move to a large regional/national practice.
  • Experience managing or supervising staff and handling a portfolio of complex corporate tax clients.
  • Good technical skills with a thorough understanding of UK tax issues such as restructures & demergers.

Location

The local Leeds office is commutable from areas across Yorkshire including: Sheffield, York, Bradford, Harrogate, Wakefield, Keighley, Huddersfield, Bedford.
