The Role
As an OMB Tax Manager, you’ll be the go‑to advisor for a diverse portfolio of entrepreneurial clients. You’ll lead on compliance and play a key role in delivering strategic advisory projects, from business restructures and succession planning to share schemes and tax‑efficient exits.
This is a client‑facing role with real responsibility, giving you the scope to shape relationships and add real value. You’ll also support and develop junior colleagues, helping to build a collaborative and high‑performing tax team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified CTA / ACA / ACCA (CTA highly desirable)
- Strong experience in corporate or OMB tax compliance and advisory work
- A commercial mindset and the confidence to work directly with clients
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a varied workload
