Are you an experienced ACA &/or CTA Qualified Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager looking for a genuine forward step in your career at a large national practice? Our client is looking for an experienced ACA &/or CTA Qualified Corporate Tax Planning/ Advisory Specialist at Senior Manager or Associate Director level who has the potential to further develop the corporate tax offering.
This is an opportunity to take control and grow an already significant portfolio of Corporate clients, OMBs, SMEs, multinational & some listed clients. The successful candidate will work towards taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a team, growing business for the Corporate Tax offering, and working closely with the other Partners; autonomy to help shape the teamβs growth strategy.
The ideal candidate must have excellent technical skills and experience, and have a thorough understanding of UK corporate tax issues. The team deals with a broad range of tax issues, including R&D tax credits, patent box claims, M&A, exit planning and succession planning, transfer pricing, and other cross-border taxes.
You will have extensive experience managing a team and helping to deliver a very high standard of professional work to a challenging and varied portfolio of clients. You will be commercially minded and confident dealing with entrepreneurial clients, and you will need to be confident in providing technical backup to the partners.
