Clark Wood are working with a highly regarded independent firm of accountants in Hitchin who are looking to recruit an experienced Client Manager to join their growing team.
The firm has a strong track record of organic growth and an excellent client base. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients and wants to take ownership of a portfolio.
You will manage a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact and overseeing the delivery of accounts, tax and general accountancy services.
You’ll also be involved in:
- Developing strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities.
- Providing day‑to‑day advice and support to clients.
- Reviewing accounts and tax work.
- Supporting and developing junior team members.
- Helping to drive the continued growth of the practice.
The successful candidate will ideally be ACA/ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience, with previous accountancy practice experience..
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone ambitious, personable and keen to progress.
