Accounts Senior – Whitehaven
£35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
Clark Wood are recruiting for an Accounts Senior to join a leading accountancy firm in Whitehaven.
The role would suit an ACA / ACCA qualified, part-qualified or finalist Accountant with previous practice experience.
The Role
- Manage a varied SME client portfolio
- Prepare statutory and management accounts
- Prepare Corporation Tax computations
- Assist with VAT and tax compliance
- Deal directly with clients and provide accounting advice
- Review work and support junior team members
About You
- ACA / ACCA qualified, part-qualified or finalist
- Previous accountancy practice experience
- Strong accounts preparation and tax knowledge
- Good client communication skills
- Experience with accounting software
