Personal Tax Manager Watford | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits A highly regarded and long-established independent accountancy practice is seeking an experienced Personal Tax Manager to join its growing Private Client team in Watford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong tax professional looking to work with a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, trusts and owner-managed businesses, whilst gaining exposure to a broad range of advisory work within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role You'll work closely with Partners and senior members of the tax team, taking responsibility for a varied portfolio of private clients and delivering both compliance and advisory services.
Responsibilities include: Managing a portfolio of personal, partnership and trust tax clients.
Reviewing tax returns and technical work prepared by junior team members.
Identifying and delivering tax planning opportunities for clients.
Supporting clients through HMRC enquiries and compliance checks.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Collaborating with Partners and colleagues on a wide range of advisory projects.
Coaching and supporting junior members of the tax team.
