Senior VFO / VFO Team Leader
£38,000 - £45,000 DOE
Clark Wood are working with an established accountancy firm in Coventry who are looking to recruit a Senior VFO / VFO Team Leader as a priority.
This is a key role within the VFO team, managing a portfolio of clients while providing leadership, support and development to the wider team.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of VFO / outsourced finance clients
- Act as a key point of contact for clients
- Oversee the delivery of outsourced finance services
- Provide leadership and support to the VFO team
- Review work and ensure quality and deadlines are met
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Work closely with the VFO Manager
- Support the continued development of the VFO service
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
- ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualification, or substantial relevant experience
- Previous experience in VFO, outsourced finance or finance team leadership
- Strong client management and communication skills
- Experience managing workloads and supporting a team
- A commercial and proactive approach
- The ability to work independently and take ownership
