Clark Wood are pleased to be working with this established independent firm of chartered accountants in Chatham who are seeking to add a bright and ambitious Accounts Semi Senior to their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking and respected firm in Chatham, offering exposure to a broad array of clients and tangible career development.
As an Accounts Semi Senior, you will prepare year-end accounts and associated tax computations for limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships. You will also complete bookkeeping work and prepare and submit periodic VAT returns.
This role is perfect for someone with experience in practice, looking to advance their career within an established firm known for development their staff. The successful candidate may have completed or be working towards the latter stages of their AAT qualification or have already begun their ACA/ACCA studies.

Responsibilities:
Preparation of accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.
Preparation of basic personal and corporate tax computations and returns.
Undertaking bookkeeping work for clients.
Preparation of VAT returns and management accounts.
Liaising with clients to resolve queries.
Skills:
AAT Qualified / Finalist or ACA / ACCA Students.
Experience of working in practice is essential.
